n today’s legal system the concerns about a “Woke Judge” revolve around judicial bias, the release of dangerous criminals, and unconstitutional judicial overreach driven by personal social or political beliefs rather than a strict interpretation of the law.   More dangerous is a “Corrupt Judge” who endangers justice by perverting trials, allowing the guilty to go free, punishing the innocent, wasting public resources, and destroying public trust in the entire legal system.
