Daniel Penny, a former Marine, that was acquitted of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Jordan Neely, a homeless man who threatened to kill people on a New York City subway is now being sued by Neely's father, Andre Zachery alleging negligent contact, assault, and battery, and seeking damages for the incident.

 

Penny is and was not an SDF member and no member money has been spent on his defense however we do have limited donation money to help his SDF New York Attorneys of Raiser & Kenniff fight this civil suit.
